Installation resolves against GitHub, so public-facing URLs now point there. Development stays on Forgejo with a push mirror. Issues remain open on both.

Installation resolves against GitHub, so that is where people arrive.
The manifests previously sent them to the Forgejo instance, where they
would need an account on a self-hosted server to open an issue, and the
GitHub issue-template config pointed back at Forgejo despite only taking
effect on GitHub.

Development stays on Forgejo with an automatic push mirror to GitHub.
README now states the arrangement, including why the GitHub side carries
no branch protection: a ruleset requiring pull requests would reject the
mirror's own pushes.

Issues remain open on both.
