    First release. Validated with a full install and service restart on two UAT SQL Server instances. Imports a .pfx into LocalMachine\My, validates SQL Server cert requirements, grants the service account private-key access by SID, optionally assigns the thumbprint to the instance registry and restarts the service (restarting running dependents). Supports -WhatIf.
